Exercise keeps your cells younger
Dr Ulrich Laufs has made headlines with his small study of 104 participants, that shows that exercise helps you stay younger. The study on cellular morphology, shows that the cells of physically active people are biological younger. Cells have something called telomeres, every time a cell divided the telomeres shorten- this is aging and also called cell degradation.
