Top ten fitness trends in 2010: quick and cheap
The American Council on Exercise has released the new top ten fitness trends list for 2010 after their annual survey. In 2010 cost, time, functional training and more speciality fitness classes, will dominate the world of exercise. After the recession people have become more aware of their spending and are now seeking cost-conscious workouts. Boot-camp style workouts, and other high-intensity workouts, offers time saving and experts are expecting these sorts of workouts to gain in popularity next year.
